MUSIC NEWS
Following our performances in the Regional Festival of Music for Youth, where we received lots of praise and positive comments, our Orchestra has been selected to perform in Birmingham at the Symphony Hall in the National Festival!
Several groups and individuals from The Abbey School entered the St Albans Young Musicians 2013 competition and we are delighted that Alfie Dwyer and Jeremiah Joshua Wallace are through to the final of the Solo competition and our Orchestra and Brass Group are through to the final of the Ensemble competition. Come and support us in the Cathedral on Sunday 28 April at 1.30pm. Tickets £5, school age children free.
